LINKUP: Our Youth Internship Programme

Linkup is a Supported Internship Youth programme designed to tackle the extreme unemployment amongst our disadvantaged youth in Fairyland and the Drakenstein District.  Designed for the ages between 16-20, Linkup provides the necessary practical, soft skills, work experience and references in order to achieve future employment all under the carefully designed support from a local school or community centre.

We ran our first internship in March 2018 with help of our business partners: Woolworths, Cascade Manor and Buffet Olives. We've have had several successful internships with amazing feedback since then and we are aiming to grow the project even further.
